30-day money-back guarantee

ContractorAI offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason — including simply changing your mind.

How to request a refund

Orders are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or contact ContractorAI support through your account settings and we will raise the request with Paddle on your behalf.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and are typically a few business days once approved.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings or through the Paddle customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access to your paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Cancelling on its own does not trigger a refund — request one using the steps above if you are within the 30-day window.

Renewals

If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, contact us. We review these case by case and will generally refund a recent unused renewal.
